The painting depicts a grassy green field spattered with wild flowers. A row of trees lines the field, fading off into the distance and a brilliant blue sky hangs overhead. Robertson uses a strong contrast between light and dark to create depth in this quaint country landscape. She uses a subdued colour palette dominated by shades of emerald green to add a tranquil feeling to the scene.
This piece was on display at Heffel Fine Art before making its way to Rookleys.
